Is SwapCrew affiliated with my airline or union?

No. SwapCrew LLC is an independent platform built by flight attendants, for flight attendants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline or union.

Who can see my trips?

Only verified, NDA-signed flight attendant members. No public access. No airline visibility. No social media. Your trips are visible exclusively to other verified SwapCrew members.

Does SwapCrew handle my money?

No. All token payments go directly between flight attendants via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. SwapCrew never touches your money — we only confirm the exchange after both parties agree.

What airlines are supported?

All major U.S. carriers — Delta, American, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, and more. SwapCrew is multi-airline from day one, unlike tools built for a single carrier.

What is the token system?

Tokens are peer-to-peer payments that protect both FAs. The pickup FA sends a token ($50 for 1-day, $100 for 2-day, $150 for 3-day) before the trip is confirmed. The releasing FA confirms receipt, which locks the exchange. No token sent = no trip confirmed.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We collect only what's needed to verify your FA status and operate the platform. We never sell your data. Ever.
